Product Support Specialist Aug 2021 - Present • While working full-time, I worked on an online configurator to help customers configure metal detection products. This is where I was introduced to JavaScript having no prior knowledge of coding. I quickly learned the basics and developed a keen interest in the language and Frontend Development.

While I was only working as a support for this configurator I focused on learning Frontend Development and JavaScript in my spare time, I have since completed several courses on Udemy and have been working on personal projects to further develop my skills.

I also use Excel VBA and advanced Excel skills to create predictive worksheets and reports, which has significantly improved the speed and accuracy of our reporting processes. My role also involves liaising with various departments to ensure smooth operations and creating the best support for our customers.
